What I Do

From April to September each summer, I run outdoor bodyweight classes in Meanwood Park from 7 until 8 o’clock in the afternoon.

The classes include basic strength-building exercises (push ups, pull ups, dips, etc.) and harder variations on gymnastic rings and parallel bars.

You will also get the opportunity to work on your handstand or muscle up with my help if needed.

Beginners and intermediates are welcome.
