With the end of the warmest ever British summer of 2018, I’d would like to say big thank you to everyone who attended my handstand classes by offering a free 4-day handstand program to encourage you to keep on training over the winter season.
You will spend two days a week focusing purely on balancing a handstand, and another two days building stength and endurance. You will take care of your own warm up, mobility and diet.
The pre-requisites for this beginner program are as follows:
LYING HOLLOW BODY HOLD x 30 secs
WALL-ASSISTED HANDSTAND HOLD x 60 secs
LYING LEG RAISES x 12 reps
ACTIVE HANG HOLD x 30 secs
INVERTED ROWS x 12 reps
PUSH UPS x 8 reps
Make you can do the above before proceeding with the program.
